public final class DotSyntax

This class implements dot syntax. The dot syntax is used for function
applications, allowing you to put function arguments on the left hand side of
the function expression.
<expr>.<expr>
The left hand side expression will be used as the first of the function
arguments. The right hand side expression is made up of a function
expression, optionally followed by any more arguments for the function.

PostfixSyntaxInterface
- Parse the syntax for the specified symbol, using the specified
Parser. The symbol is specified because different symbols
may share the same syntax, but result in slightly different expressions.
The Parser is supplied as the source to parse from. As this
is postfix syntax, we are also supplied the expression on the left hand
side of the symbol along with the current precedence we should parse to.
