basicApply

Performs the basic show function. The basic show function consists of displaying the specified number of arguments from the specified machine in a programmer oriented fashion.

Parameters:

mc - the machine to obtain arguments from

nargs - the number of arguments to get

newline - indicates whether a newline should be displayed after everything is shown
